Class Objectives 

  1. Discuss the principles of ecotherapy 

  2. Explore the integrations of nature therapy and EMDR 

  3. Practice Core Self Strategy with and without nature and notice the difference

  4. Develop and share specific intentions for bringing nature into your life

  5. Develop a plan for enhancing your work with your clients by interweaving nature into EDMR

Audience:

Professional women with ADHD who feel stuck in a cycle of self-doubt. High-achievers who are tired of feeling like they’re “faking it.”

About the Instructors:

Kathleen Fitzgerald is an EMDRIA Approved Consultant and Trainer, EMDR and IFS Certified Therapist, and an EFT, EFIT, and EFFT Certified Therapist. Kathleen is a LCMHC and has been a clinician with her own private practice for over two decades. Over the years Kathleen has been developing, fine tuning and teaching EMDR basic training to others. In addition, Kathleen teaches advanced classes in attachment based interventions. Kathleen is excited for this opportunity, and is looking forward to working with you.

Regina Carey, M.Ed. is an Executive Coach and Educator who has dedicated the past 35 years to educating, empowering, and championing those who seek to break free from inertia and embark on transformative journeys. With a background in invisible disabilities, she advocates for individuals, their neurodiverse brains, and their desires to move forward with confidence. She is an energetic speaker, coach, and advocate who empowers women to reclaim their voices and live boldly. With a focus on resilience and self-awareness, she also brings compassionate insight into the challenges faced by individuals with invisible disabilities.
