Basic EMDR Virtual Training

In this course, the basic principles and protocols of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) will be taught and practiced. This is a six-day, 40-hour live course, with an additional 10 hours of consultation. During the live sessions, 20 hours will be devoted to teaching, and 20 hours will be devoted to receiving caring and attentive support and guidance while practicing EMDR. This course provides trainees with the knowledge and skills to utilize EMDR, a comprehensive understanding of case conceptualization and treatment planning and the ability to integrate EMDR therapy into their clinical practice.  The objectives of the course are achieved via lecture, guided practice and integrated consultation.

Advanced EMDR Training

Over the course of years, the Partners in EMDR Training Instructors have found that EMDR Resourcing when used in specific ways, has addressed the needs of clients with ADD. The goal of this Advanced EMDR Training is to teach clinicians to further their understanding of executive functioning skills, deficits and complexities of their clients with ADD. An EMDR protocol designed specifically for clients with ADD will be introduced, taught, modeled and practiced. This protocol has helped many clients with ADD to enhance their executive skills, so they can learn to attend, problem solve and execute specified and desired tasks.
